The XGE product family differentiates itself from “non-offloaded” standard Ethernet by delivering high sustained throughput, maximum host processor offload, low latency, and rock solid deterministic behavior. The XGE4120-CCXMC-RC is a dual port conduction cooled rear I/O 10Gb Ethernet XMC with 8 lane PCI-Express host interface. This XGE interface offloads TCP/IP protocols to dedicated silicon protocol engines with each channel capable of 2500 MBytes/sec (2.5 GBytes) sustained throughput.
